Shipping policy
This policy explains how dtusx prepares and ships orders, the delivery options currently offered, and what customers should know while waiting for a shipment.
1. Order Preparation
After payment has been successfully confirmed, orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not included in this processing period.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once an order has been dispatched, available shipment and tracking information may be sent to the email address associated with the order.
2. Available Delivery Methods
Shipping options may depend on the destination entered during checkout and other applicable order conditions.
The following delivery methods are currently offered where available:
Standard Shipping
Shipping Fee: $5.99
Estimated Transit Time: 15–20 days
The estimated transit period begins after the order has completed processing and been dispatched.
Express Shipping
Shipping Fee: $15.99
Express Shipping is available as an alternative delivery option where supported.
Because actual transit times can vary by destination and carrier conditions, customers should review the shipping information available during checkout before completing an order.
3. Free Standard Shipping
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $39.99 or more before tax qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
This offer applies only to Standard Shipping.
If Express Shipping is selected, the regular $15.99 Express Shipping fee applies even when the merchandise subtotal reaches $39.99 or more.
4. Delivery Estimates
Shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Actual delivery may be affected by factors such as:
- Destination and transportation distance;
- Carrier operations or delays;
- Customs processing for international shipments;
- Weather or transportation disruptions;
- Seasonal or peak shipping volumes; and
- Other circumstances outside normal order processing.
Where tracking is available, customers can use the tracking information associated with the shipment to review the latest carrier updates.
5. Delivery Address
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.
The recipient name, street address, postal code, telephone number, and other required delivery information should be complete and accurate.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures in the destination country or region.
Depending on local requirements, import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar fees may be imposed separately from the amounts collected by dtusx at checkout.
Where such charges are imposed on the recipient under applicable rules, they are generally the recipient's responsibility.
Customs procedures may also affect estimated delivery times.
7. Delivery Problems

This may include situations where:
- A shipment appears unusually delayed;
- A parcel arrives with visible transit damage;
- An incorrect product is delivered;
- An item or component is missing; or
- Another identifiable shipping problem has occurred.
Photographs, tracking information, packaging details, or other relevant information may be requested where reasonably necessary to review the issue.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products, the applicable Refund & Return Policy will determine the relevant return, shipping-cost, and refund arrangements.

dtusx may update this policy when shipping methods, charges, operational arrangements, or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be published on dtusx.com.
Changes to this policy do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
